Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Derek Garden. 🌳

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📌Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and allocate resources such as labour, materials, and equipment to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.

* Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

📌Qualifications:

* Qualification in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a construction project manager, preferably in commercial or residential construction.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and document management.
